### Ingredients:
* 600g Potatoes
* 250g Ground meat
* 1 Egg
* 80g Bacon
* 1 Apple
* 1 Onion
* Oregano
* 20% Creme
* 10g fresh Parsley
* 20g Butter
### Potatoes:
1. Peel the potatoes and cook them 18 minutes.
2. Add Butter and mash the cooked potatoes
### Boulettes:
1. Hack the Parsley in small pieces.
2. Mix ground meat with salt, pepper, parsley and an egg.
3. Form 2 flat, cirle shaped boulettes
### Sauce preparation:
1. Cut the Onions in half, then cut the parts in thin halfarches.
2. Cut the Apple in 4 parts, then cut those in thin slices.
### Boulettes roasting:
0. If your bacon is in slices, cut it to small 10x10mm cubes.
1. Heat a pan with oil, add Boulettes, cut Onion and Bacon to the pre-heated pan.
2. Roast about 5 minutes (meat should not me red inside), mix throughout the process.
3. Take the Boulettes out of the pan and keep warm.
### Sauce:
1. To the pan add Apple slices, Creme and 75ml water.
2. Cook about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Put mashed potatoes, boulettes and sauce on one plate.
