Rice bowl griechischer art
### Ingredients:
* 1 Cucumber
* 1 Red onion
* 1 cup of Basmati rice
* 150g hirtenkäse
* 1 clove of garlic
* 2 cups basmati or calrose rice
* soya sauce
* Olive oil
* 1 tablespoon of dry oregano
### Rice:
1. Put rice in a Ricecooker or pot.
2. Add 1.5 cups of water.
4. Cook until water is fully absorbed by the rice.
### Salad:
1. Cut a tomato in 8 parts.
2. Slice a cucumber in half and cut into halfmoons.
### Hirtenkäse:
1. Slice the cheese in cubes with edge length about 1cm.
2. Put it in a bowl, add Olive oil and half of the Orengano.
3. Mix it together, then let it rest a bit.
### Onions and Garlic:
1. Slice an onion in half, then in thin (about 1-2mm wide) arks.
2. Press a garlic clover (slicing it in slamm pieces also works).
3. Fry the sliced onion and the rest of the Ooregano in a hot frying pan with some olive oil for about 1 minute.
4. To the pan, add Garlik and cooked Rice, fry the mix for another 4 minutes.
Put salad, fried Onions, Garlic, Rice and soya Sauce in one bowl, mix. On top, add the Hirtenkäse.
